  • 2 cups expired Chinese Food Barbecued Spareribs (beef or pork), chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the bell peppers and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 1 minute.

Add the chopped BBQ spareribs to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until heated through.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and mix well.
