- 2 cups expired Chinese Food Barbecued Spareribs (beef or pork), chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
- Cooked rice, for serving

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the bell peppers and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the chopped BBQ spareribs to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
