- 2 cups commercially canned or bottled unopened chili con carne
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread 1/2 cup of chili con carne over half of the tortilla.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons diced onion, and 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro over the chili con carne.

Fold the tortilla in half and press gently with a spatula.

Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
