
Spicy Chili Nachos
A delicious and hearty nacho recipe that uses expired but safe chili con carne to reduce food waste.

Ingredients
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups expired chili con carne
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the expired chili con carne over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chili con carne.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the chili is heated through.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, chopped cilantro, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
