- 1 cup slightly expired Chaga Mushroom
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
