Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably leftover rice)
  • 2 expired Century Eggs, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add diced Century Eggs and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add cooked rice and frozen peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.

Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the fried rice. Stir well to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
