Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.

In a bowl, mix together the canned tuna, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Fill each bell pepper half with the tuna mixture.

Place the stuffed bell peppers on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bell peppers are tender and the filling is golden brown.
