Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz) of canned tuna (past its expiration date but still safe to consume)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli florets, carrots, bell peppers)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
