Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) of canned tuna (past its expiration date but still safe to consume)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli florets, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
