In a mixing bowl, combine the expired brownie mix, melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and cocoa powder.

Mix until well combined and a thick dough forms.

Roll the dough into small truffle-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up the truffles.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth and melted.

Take the truffles out of the refrigerator and dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating them completely.
