Ingredients

  • 1 package of expired breadsticks
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the expired breadsticks in half lengthwise.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic.

In another bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the cut sides of the breadsticks with the garlic butter mixture.

Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the garlic buttered sides of the breadsticks.

Twist each breadstick half and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
