- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Red onion
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Cut the slightly expired breadsticks into small cubes.

3. Place the breadstick cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until they are crispy and golden brown.

4. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
