  • 4 slices of slightly expired white sliced bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
