Ingredients
- 4 slices of slightly expired white sliced bread
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of diced vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried herbs (e.g. thyme, oregano)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, black pepper, and dried herbs.

Tear the slightly expired white sliced bread into bite-sized pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish.
