Ingredients

  • 1 cup expired Bird's Nest Soup
  • 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil over high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, and continue stir-frying for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Lower the heat to medium and add the expired Bird's Nest Soup to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula.
