Ingredients
- 200g uncooked pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese (slightly expired but still safe to eat)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the tomatoes and garlic.

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Asiago cheese. Mix well until the cheese melts and coats the pasta.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped fresh basil leaves before serving.
