- 200g pasta
- 100g slightly expired Asiago cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the milk and grated Asiago cheese to the saucepan. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
