Apple Juice Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup expired apple juice frozen concentrate
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit slices (optional)

Instructions

In a bowl, mix the expired apple juice frozen concentrate, water, and honey or maple syrup until well combined.

Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

If desired, add fresh fruit slices into each mold.

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.

Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

To remove the popsicles from the molds, briefly run the molds under warm water to loosen them.

Serve the apple juice popsicles immediately or store them in a resealable bag in the freezer for future enjoyment.
