  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons expired Yuzu Ponzu
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 carrot, julienned

In a small bowl, whisk together the expired Yuzu Ponzu, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
