
Yuzu Ponzu Shrimp Stir-Fry
Create a quick and flavorful stir-fry using expired Yuzu Ponzu, ensuring the shrimp and vegetables are cooked thoroughly.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons expired Yuzu Ponzu
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the expired Yuzu Ponzu, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
Add the bell pepper, sugar snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Pour the Yuzu Ponzu sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles.
