Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons expired Yuzu Kosho
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.

Add carrot and frozen peas, and cook until vegetables are tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs onto the empty side.

Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix them with the vegetables.

Add the cooked rice, expired Yuzu Kosho, and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
