Ingredients
- 2 cups expired vegetable juice (check for signs of spoilage)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

Pour in the expired vegetable juice and stir in the dried basil, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Bring the soup to a simmer and let it cook for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
