Ingredients
- 2 cans of expired unopened ravioli in sauce
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced zucchini
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, diced onion, carrots, celery, and zucchini. Sauté for 5 minutes or until vegetables are slightly tender.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and add the expired unopened ravioli.
