Ingredients

  • 1 cup expired uncooked dried split peas
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Rinse the expired split peas under cold water.
