Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Umeboshi Japanese Pickled Plums, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, mashed Umeboshi Japanese Pickled Plums, egg, and vegetable oil.
