Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, slightly past expiration
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, diced onion, diced celery, diced red bell pepper, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
