Ingredients
- 1 can of expired tuna (canned unopened)
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Open the can of expired tuna and drain the liquid.

In a large bowl, combine the tuna, cooked pasta, diced red bell pepper, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and chopped parsley.
