Ingredients

  • 1 package of slightly expired tempeh
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cut the tempeh into cubes.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

3. Add the tempeh cubes to the pan and cook until lightly browned.

4. Remove the tempeh from the pan and set aside.

5. In the same pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until softened.
