Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup slightly expired tarragon leaves
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz pasta

Instructions

In a food processor, combine basil leaves, tarragon leaves, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Pulse until finely chopped.

While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
