Ingredients

  • 1 cup slightly expired tapioca starch
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, diced carrots, and sliced celery. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
