Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoons expired but safe tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons water

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cumin.
