  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary leaves
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together dried rosemary leaves, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and rub the rosemary mixture all over them.

Arrange the lemon slices on top of the chicken breasts.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
