- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons crushed dried rosemary (expired but still safe)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over low heat until warm.
- Add the crushed dried rosemary to the warm oil and stir gently.
- Continue to heat the mixture over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely.
- Strain the oil through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the rosemary bits.
- Transfer the infused oil into a clean glass bottle or jar.
- Store in a cool, dark place.
