Ingredients
- 2 cups rice and lentil puree
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened.

Add the cumin, turmeric, and paprika. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the rice and lentil puree to the pot and stir to combine.
