These crispy ranch chicken tenders are a perfect way to use expired but safe ranch dressing. Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (expired but safe to consume)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Dip each chicken tender into the ranch dressing, making sure it is evenly coated, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
