Ingredients

  • 200g Pasta Dry
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden brown.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well to coat with the garlic-infused olive oil.
