Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup expired sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, mix the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Drizzle half of the expired sweetened condensed milk over the batter. Swirl gently with a knife.

Pour the remaining batter over the top and drizzle with the remaining sweetened condensed milk. Swirl again with a knife.
