Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 6 Opened Processed American Cheese Slices
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced zucchini
  • 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.

4. Tear the Opened Processed American Cheese Slices into small pieces and add them to the bowl. Mix well to combine.

5. Stuff each bell pepper with the cheese and vegetable mixture.

6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.

7. Bake for 25 minutes.

8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
