Ingredients

  • 2 cups of slightly expired oatmeal cereal
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of dried fruits (e.g., raisins, cranberries)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal cereal, peanut butter, honey, and dried fruits.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.

Press the mixture firmly to create an even layer.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.
