- 4 slices of expired multi-grain bread (5 days past expiry)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the expired multi-grain bread into small cubes.
