- 4 cups mixed frozen berries (past expiration date but safe to consume)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

In a medium saucepan, combine the mixed frozen berries and honey (or maple syrup).

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries have softened and released their juices, about 10-15 minutes.
