Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup expired mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, combine the expired mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
