- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup expired Matsutake Mushroom, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
