- 2 expired Makdous Stuffed Eggplants
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce

Remove the expired Makdous Stuffed Eggplants from their jar and rinse them well under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Cut the eggplants into thin strips.
