- 2 expired Makdous Stuffed Eggplants
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced

Remove the expired Makdous Stuffed Eggplants from their jar and rinse them well under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel.
