
Ketchup Opened Frittata

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons slightly expired ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the bell peppers and onions until softened.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.
Dollop the slightly expired ketchup over the frittata and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Slice and serve the frittata warm.
