
Ketchup Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup expired ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together expired ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar to make the glaze.
