  • 200g expired Jamon Iberico, thinly sliced
  • 200g Manchego cheese, grated
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Place a tortilla flat on a clean surface and sprinkle half of the grated Manchego cheese on one half of the tortilla.

Arrange the thinly sliced Jamon Iberico on top of the cheese.
