- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup dried fruits
- 2 tablespoons slightly expired instant coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
