
Expired Ice Cream Topping Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup expired chocolate or caramel ice cream topping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, mix together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the expired ice cream topping of your choice.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
