
Gochujang Spicy Ramen
A fiery and delicious ramen soup made with Gochujang Korean Chili Paste

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang Korean Chili Paste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced bok choy
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add Gochujang Korean Chili Paste to the broth and stir well.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Add the cooked noodles, mushrooms, bok choy, carrots, and green onions to the broth.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with boiled eggs.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
