Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang Korean Chili Paste
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced bok choy
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.

Add Gochujang Korean Chili Paste to the broth and stir well.

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.

Add the cooked noodles, mushrooms, bok choy, carrots, and green onions to the broth.

Simmer for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
