Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons Gochujang Korean Chili Paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together Gochujang Korean Chili Paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush the glaze generously over the top of each fillet.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
